Pie Man Theatre Company (PMTC) is a Maine non-profit Corporation and a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, and as such is organized exclusively for such charitable, scientific, literary, and educational purposes, as permitted to organizations exempt from federal income tax and described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Pie Man Theatre Company was founded in 2015 by Josh Brassard and Stephanie Ross as a professional theatre company focused on new, emerging works and reinterpreting classical theatre for today’s audiences. The purpose of Pie Man Theatre Company is to inspire, nurture, educate and empower artists and audiences, thereby enriching and celebrating the Maine arts community and the culture of the community at-large. Pie Man Theatre Company is a professional performance and production company with a commitment to developing original theater artists and craftspeople, focusing on new and emerging works and reinterpreting classical theatre for today’s audiences.
Pie Man Theatre Company is managed by an all-volunteer staff that also serve as its Officers and Board of Directors.
